the location was central, near circular quay and darling harbour. staff members were helpful . the room size was bigger than i expected.
parking was advertised, but the carpark lift was out of order. this meant carrying luggage up stairs, a definite inconvenience. the bathroom was quite small and toiletries required a request. the carpet seemed not clean.

the central air conditioning system created a constant noise. this disrupted my sleep throughout the entire night. also , the windows offered inadequate soundproofing , which amplified external disturbances.
